Crafted from 6mm thick precision laser cut steel, the Tough Toys - Track Bar Bracket Reinforcement & Sector Shaft Brace is designed to bolt onto the OEM track bar bracket on the chassis of your JL Jeep Wrangler or JT Jeep Gladiator, 2019 and newer models.
This product serves two crucial purposes:

Prevention or Repair of Oval Holes:
- Addresses the common issue of oval (wallowed out) holes on the OEM chassis-side track bar bracket.
- Provides a tight-fit hole and a partially threaded bolt with a fully shanked section riding on both mounting holes.
- Prevents "death wobble" by reinforcing the chassis track bar bracket to withstand extreme off-roading stress.

Double Shear Configuration for Steering Box Stability:
- Utilizes a longer nut with a shoulder for the sector shaft, creating a double shear configuration.

Note:- Only compatible with OEM steering boxes. Tested and confirmed compatible with the OEM cast iron housing steering box (highly recommended).
- Do not install this product if there is pre-existing play in the steering box sector shaft. Rebuild or replace the steering box first!
